To our loyal customers, who have an agreement with JSC “Tanagra”, we offer to use a program, facilitating the search of spare parts, formation of orders and submission. The order program works directly with the warehouse accounting software. Users, who use this program, see all the information about remnants in stores. Internet-connected computer and operating system of Windows family (XP and later systems) is everything that the program needs. If you still do not have a program - please feel free to contact the manager or dealer at the nearest store.
Currently the valid version is 2.15.
Information for customers already using Tanagra order program
If you are using version of 2.x generation then you can update it yourself. The process is simple, but you may need the following explanations if you will have any confusion in downloading of update file (TNUinst.exe) or during the startup.
Download the update package TNUinst.exe.
Using the web browser Internet Explorer, during the download, the following queries may appear:
Below the presented query you have to press the “Run” button“

If the program does not work, please check the antivirus, network router settings, or whether TCP 4100-4105 ports to order.tanagra.lt. are not being blocked.
